SIBRE’s TE series industrial drum brakes are designed for failsafe operation in applications requiring constant, reliable brake torque. This robust model was particularly designed for use in general engineering, metallurgy, crane and conveyor plants, for use both underground and above ground, as well as in wind turbine plants. 

Available in multiple release configurations including electro-hydraulic thruster (TE, TEC), hydraulic cylinder (THI), pneumatic cylinder (TPI), and solenoid (TMB), the TE series covers torque requirements up to 9,400 Nm. Both metric (DIN 15435) and imperial (AISE) dimensional standards are available, with comprehensive spare parts support from our Australian facility ensuring minimal downtime and rapid service response.
